More DIY! Creating an under stairs cupboard

Spent some time this weekend helping a friend by making an under stairs cupboard

It is going to be half a cupboard area and half a pull out shoe draw, but as you cans see from the pics it is not quite finished yet, it is going to call be another bi-fold door of some description.

Firstly made two pillars one at the corner of the cupboard and one where the split between the cupboard and draw is, between that a framework was made and then filled with 18mm MDF. The panelling was then made on top of the MDF to copy the old style of doors they have. Still need to fit on the moulding to finish it off and the skirting board however that will wait until we decide on what needs to be done for the door. Then we will need to make the draw, a case of some good quality draw runners and matching up the draw front with the design of the panelling.
